产品被错误归类为成人用品-申诉邮件

Dear Amazon Team,

 

Firstly, thanks for your time to check my case.

 

Today, we found one of our products (ASIN: B0XXXXXX) was marked as adult product, and we can’t create Ads for it.

 

While this product is a XXX（产品名称）, people buy it because it can be used XXXXX（描述客户购买此产品的真实用途）.

 

We also found other products (ASIN: XXX, XXXX and XXX, 其它和你类似产品) in similar which sold in Amazon, while they are not marked as adult product.

 

And you can see our customers liked this product, please check the reviews which written by them.

 

For example:

 

Review from Crystal Moreno: XXXX（举例的内容，主要挑选那些买家购买你产品拿来做什么的信息）

 

Review from Miller: XXXX Review from MC Jordan: XXXX

So I think the Amazon system made a mistake on this issue, we apply to delete the adult product mark. Or it will make some customers can’t find the products they want to. And it will cause great losses for our seller, of course it will make Amazon lost much money.
