关于欧洲站kyc“一照一码”申请书

一照一码就是企业登记申请书，当注册公司填的那些资料，深圳 山西 厦门的公司可以在当地市场监督管理局下载，那么不是深圳 山西 厦门的小伙伴，无法在政府网站下载带公章电子版怎么办？

情况一：提交了3次被拒后，账户被暂停的，可以直接在亚马逊发给你的那封暂停账户的邮件种回复内容：（以下仅为模板参考，小伙伴们可行自己修改内容，亲测2个账号 都过了）

I submitted truthfully and now my UK site has been rejected because it cannot be verified and my account has been suspended. please help me. My information is authentic, and was retrieved from the original archives of the State Administration for Market Regulation. Why did the audit fail? Or I can submit other information, please help me.

 

情况2：提交了纸质版+盖公章被拒后，先去工商局或者市场监督管理局网站联系在线客服，咨询客服一照一码是什么，一般都会回答就是“企业登记备案申请书”，然后再问去哪里下载这份文件，如果回答说“当地无法下载这份文件的电子档，需要去现场打印”。

把这些对话截图保存成图片，然后和那份加盖公章的企业登记备案申请书一起发到cn-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk这个邮箱或者开case发给客服说明当地市场监督局无法下载电子版，如实提交了纸质版加盖相关政府单位的公章。
